The violin, informally called a ‘fiddle’, is the most well-known string instrument. It is the smallest and the highest-pitched instrument in the family. A violin can be a good mate to one who learns to play it.
This course is conducted on a one-to-one basis, allowing the violin teacher to pay full attention to the student’s all-rounded progress. Students will be taught to develop good bowing technique, intonation and skill of expressive playing.
Students will be prepared for the external examinations, from grade 1 to 8 from the following internationally recognized examination boards:
- The Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), London
- Trinity Guildhall Examination Board, London
Besides, students can also participate in diploma examinations from the above examination boards. Diplomas offered are dipABRSM, LRSM, FRSM, ATCL, LTCL and FTCL.
